Welcome to Copthorne
St. John’s is an Anglican (Church of England) Parish Church with a congregation of around 150. There are two Sunday services, at 9am and at 10.30am, with Coffee & Croissants in between. We have a variety of worship styles and the teaching and ministry come from an open evangelical base.
There is a lively All Age Worship on the first Sunday of the month at 10.30am. Most of our 9am services are based around Holy Communion, the 10.30s are less frequently communion, and more informal in style.
There is also a mid-week Holy Communion on Wednesdays at 10.30am. Morning Prayer is said in church at 9am during the week.
Well done and many thanks to all those who helped with Vicarage Teas, stall on the Green and the Flower Festival in church.
Despite the bad weather, we raised £440.42 from Vicarage Teas and £246.05 from the stall. A wonderful result! |
