Two Day Care Centres for the Elderly

Monday and Thursday 9.30am - 3.30pm (2 days)

The Haven Centre, Hophurst Lane, Crawley Down, West Sussex, RH10 4LJ
Monday to Friday (5 days) 9.30am - 3.30pm

Both will have a team of professionals skilled in assessing the needs of each service user, with friendly staff taking pride in maintaining an environment that is always a pleasure to visit and where service users feel content and safe.

They also support people with dementia that can be managed safely in a non-specialised environment.

On arrival service users are greeted with a welcoming cup of tea or coffee and biscuits before starting the morning's activities. These include dominoes, card games, word games, arts and crafts, reminiscence club, sining club, exercise, to name but a few.

Homemade lunch is served at 12.30 followed by afternoon activities (quizzes, bingo, sing-along, raffles, old-time movies) and tea and cakes.

Afternoon tea finishes at 3.30pm

Both venues are wheelchair accessible with a disabled WC and ample parking.

Costs for the day start from £47 and this includes food, refreshment and activities.

Bookings and payment are required to be made in advance.

Spaces are limited so any cancellation of a booking would require 24 hour notice otherwise the appropriate fee will still be charged. However exceptions can be made in special circumstances.

If transport is needed this can be arranged but will mean an extra cost and is bookable in advance.
